Unwanted goods or Wrong goods ordered

If you decide after receiving an item from us that you do not require it, you may return it to us unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days at your expense using "proof of dispatch" method of shipping. Once received we will refund the full cost of the item excluding our packaging and shipping costs. If the original packaging is damaged we will deduct a re-packaging charge from the refund. There will be no refund if the item shows any signs of having been used.

Damaged on arrival

If the goods arrived damaged you must notify us within 3 working days and cooperate with us in making a claim against the carrier (for example sending photographs of the condition of the package before it is opened). We will contact you to arrange with you for the goods to be returned and, on receipt of the returned goods, will dispatch a replacement where possible on the same day.

Warranty claim

If you wish to make a claim under the warranty please contact us before returning the goods. We will agree a method of shipping with you. On receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it to ensure that it has not failed because of incorrect use and either repair or replace with a new or factory reconditioned item at our discretion. If you follow this procedure we will refund the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Alternatively we may agree to refund the original purchase and shipping costs. If we find that the fault was not a manufacturing fault we will offer to repair or replace at a cost to you.

Repairs Out of Warranty

If you want us to repair an out of warranty fault please contact us to arrange shipment. We will agree return of the item to us and will provide a quote for a factory repair which will include the costs of shipping to/from the factory.


We offer a 1 year parts and labour warranty on all products from the date of purchase as recorded on the website. This excludes damage caused by mis-use or failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the item(s).  Please note that tips are not warranted.  Most problems with tips not lighting are to do with the quality of gas used or the tip is not fitted correctly.

We retain the right to repair or replace in the event of an item being found faulty.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.
